VIDEO: Kards by Kennedy ~ Clean and Simple Thank You Card featuring Avery Elle

Hi guys!  My name is Kennedy and I'm 8 years old.  You've probably seen most of my cards on Friends with Flair but I haven't been doing it lately.  So today I have made a card with a stamp set called Hipster-Potamus that I personally picked out and bought myself with my own money.

So first I stamped my little hat at the top and I stamped a mask on a piece of Post-It tape of the hat and used it to mask off the hat while I stamped the hippopotamus.  And then I stamped his little glasses up there.  I started coloring him with a Crayola colored pencil colored gray.  And then when I got to his little rosy cheeks I used a Crayola Erasable Colored pencil in pink.  For the hat I used the same type of colored pencils and I used a purple and an aqua green.

So then I stamped my sentiment that says "A Big Huge Thanks" then those little sticker dots are from my stash and I put them on there just to add some decoration.  Then I used some glossy accents and I put it on the inside of his glasses so it looked like there was actual glass in there.  I finished up with some Wink of Stella on his cheeks and hat.  That's how I made my card today!

Check out my very first video that I made today!  I don't have my own YouTube channel so I put it on the Curl E. Cue's channel.  I was excited to make my video.  In the process of making the card I thought I wasn't a really good colorer and had a little craft breakdown but me and my stepmom had a conversation and said that I got to make the choice to be a good colorer and I had to put my lazy bone away!  So I did and now I'm really proud of the video and card that I made!  I hope you like my card and vide and thanks for stopping by!  Bye!
